Your Questions Answered

Can I choose my own flowers?

No need to worry about that, we have taken care of it for you! Our flowers are chosen daily ensuring you receive the freshest, highest quality blooms available from the markets. If you have a desired colour palette pop a note on your order and we will endeavour to match as best we can.

What time will the flowers arrive, can I have them delivered at a specific time?

In the morning we are busy caring for and preparing your flowers. We are unable to tell you an exact time they will be delivered as it depends on the couriers route for the day but you can expect orders to be delivered by close of the business day.We have a number of reliable couriers operating from Jacobs Well to over the border to Tweed Heads.

Can I pick up from your store?

You sure can. Just select the FREE “Local Pick Up” delivery option at Checkout, send us a message to let us know when you’re popping by and we will make sure they are ready. We also have other little gift items available to add to your order.

What is your cut off time for ordering?

Cut off for ordering each day is 12noon Monday - Friday. If you order after 12, your order will be delivered the following day on our next run.
Saturday orders need to be placed by 10am to ensure delivery that day as we close at 1pm.There are no deliveries on Sundays.

What is no one is home when the flowers are delivered?

If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll leave them at the front door but don’t worry, they are in a special little packet with water so they can have a drink while they wait. If you’d like us to leave them somewhere else, just let us know when you place your order. If they have one of those big fancy houses with security gates and codes just remember to let us know how we can access the property. If we can’t get in, we can’t leave the flowers and will have to bring them back to the store which will incur a re-delivery fee. Please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure that the property we’re delivering flowers to is accessible and we won’t be chased away by any big dogs – or little ones.

How do I look after my beautiful blooms?
Simply follow these simple tips…

Our flowers are packed with a small amount of water around the stems to keep them hydrated for a short time until they reach you.
Prepare a nice clean vase with room temperature water.
Cut about 2cm from the bottom of the stems at a sharp angle and immediately place cut flowers into your vase.
Position vase out of direct sun and away from heaters or draughts. Some flowers are sensitive to ethylene which is found in cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes and fruit so keep flowers away from these too if you can.
Re-cut stems every couple of days to help your flowers ‘drink’ more easily.
Rinsing out your vase and adding clean, fresh water every couple of days can also help prolong the life of your flowers by prohibiting bacteria growth.
Flower life can vary, so go ahead and remove any spent blooms as they fade to let your remaining flowers shine.
If you receive a boxed arrangement please add approximately 1/2 cup water each day pouring through the centre of the arrangement.
